Sanyo has just announced its first pocket camcorder - the VPC-PD2BK. They've brought their own differentiating touch as well: a 3x optical zoom lens (most pocket models have digital zooms) and a flash for still photography, something that's quite rare for this type of camcorder. Other features include:
- 1920 x 1080p video recording
- 10-megapixel still photo capture
- stereo audio recording
- built-in software
- HDMI output
Look for it in September for $169.
