Samsung has thrown a new HD camcorder into the mix - this one with a lens angled northward at 20 degrees. It's apparently a riff on their "active angle lens" design, only less pronounced - the active angle lens tilted skyward at a 25 degree angle.
That aside, the HMX-T10 looks like a trim, pocketable HD camcorder. It features:
- 10x optical zoom lens
- optical image stabilization
- 2.7-inch touch-screen LCD display
- 4.7 mega-pixel still images
- SDHC card recording
It will retail for $299 and should be available in stores this month.
