Camcorders vs. Cameras: Which Is Right for Your Video Needs?

Watching giant robots pound on each other got me in the mind of another great match-up: Camcorders vs. Digital Cameras.

The video modes on digital cameras have gone from novelty to serious movie taker in a fairly short amount of time. There's even a growing number of still cameras sporting HD resolution video recording. All of this has no doubt made people wonder whether they should even bother with a camcorder at all. Why not just use your still camera instead?
